Business Experience - Potential 365 Fitness Licensees must have prior business ownership experience and/or management skills, along with a personal drive for success. An extensive knowledge of financial management and accounting principles is also highly recommended. We also recommend that you develop a comprehensive business plan for the market that you intend to develop.

What are the initial Licensing Fees?
The only amount paid to 365 Fitness is the annual license fee. Current fees for a five-year license agreement are $1.00 for the first year and $8,000 each for the second, third, fourth and fifth years. A reduced fee for multiple center commitments may be available. Each agreement is for a five (5) year period with one (1) five-year renewal option.

What is the total investment for a 365 Fitness License?
The costs vary with individual geographic areas and with the size of the facility. Basic costs to cover lease, leasehold improvements, equipment, insurance, advertising and payroll for the first few months of operation for a small to medium size gym (8,000 to 15,000 sq ft) could run between $375,000 and $725,000. (Minimum size: 8,000 sq. ft.)

Is there an exclusive territory around each location?
The market radius (subject to the density) surrounding the gym location should have a population of 80,000 to 100,000 people. Each 365 Fitness location will be given a protected market area based on population density and facility size.

Does 365 Fitness offer financing?
365 Fitness does not offer any direct or indirect financing. We do, however, provide third-party referrals. We do not guarantee your notes, lease, or other obligations.

If you meet the minimum requirements listed above, and are interested in learning more about becoming a 365 Fitness Licensee, you may submit an application. Once you submit the application, it will be reviewed by the License Development Department.
Based on the information contained in your application and accompanying financial statements, you may be contacted to submit additional information for our review.
After the application process, a determination will be made as to whether or not a business relationship between you and 365 Fitness would be beneficial.
