AQUA AEROBICS:
45 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning and resistance training
in our heated, regulation size lap pool. Exercising in the water
virtually eliminates the risk of impact injuries allowing individuals
of varying abilities to experience a safe and comfortable workout.
Aqua Aerobics also provides the resistance necessary to help
strengthen all muscle groups, a critical component to a faster
metabolism and healthier body.
BOXING BOOT CAMP:
A challenging workout combining various cardiovascular exercises,
resistance training, and conditioning/agility "drills."
(*Portions of this class will involve theoptional use of heavy
bags and punching mitts. Those who choose to participate in
these exercises should arrive prepared with hands wrapped and
boxing gloves ready).
BODY SCULPT:
A resistance training class utilizing dumbbells, body bars,
and bands, which is designed to target and tone all muscle groups.
BOX AND BURN:
An interval training class in which you will "Box"
to an innovative up-beat choreography and "Burn" using
unique and effective free-weight, Bosu, and stability ball exercises.
CORE STABILITY:
A 30 minute class designed to increase strength and stability
in the vitally important center, or "core", of the
body. Class will consist of stability ball exercises combined
with other stabilization activities to target the abdominal,
lower back, and other core muscles.
FAT BLASTER:
A true cardiovascular challenge that will allow you to maintain
your target heart rate, while incorporating fat-burning "blasts"
of higher intensity exercise for added calorie burning. Various
cardiovascular methods will be utilized such as kickboxing,
floor aerobics, jumping rope, and plyometrics.
JUST ABS:
A 15 minute class designed solely for the strengthening and
conditioning of the abdominal muscles.
CARDIO KICKBOX:
A powerful cardiovascular class that incorporates a variety
of boxing movements and aerobic combinations.
PILATES:
A mind/body workout designed to increase strength, flexibility,
range of motion, and tone through continuous and controlled
motion.
QUICK FIT:
A 30 minute circuit training workout that incorporates intervals
of strength and cardiovascular training for those individuals
with limited time.
SPIN:
A cycling workout, set to unique music, which takes you on a
simulated journey over hills and various other terrain. Please
bring a towel and water bottle. (*You must register for this
class at the front desk no earlier than ½ hour before
scheduled start time.)
INTERMEDIATE SPIN:
A 30 minute spin class designed for beginners.
STEP:
A complete cardiovascular workout utilizing various combinations
on the step.
STEP INTERVAL:
Step aerobics combined with periodic resistance training.
STRICTLY BOXING:
learn fundamental boxing skills while enjoying a great workout
in this
informative class. Heavy bags, speed bags, and punching mitts
will be utilized, so please arrive prepared with hands wrapped
and boxing gloves ready.
POWER STEP:
A step class that incorporates more advanced choreography and
intense movement.
YOGA:
A challenging, yet relaxing class for both the mind and body.
This class will provide internal feedback designed to assist
the body in achieving increased range of motion, flexibility,
balance, and stability, while helping to decrease tension and
stress.

Saturday 8:00am - 11:30am
